Since graduating from ASU Law, Nicole Siqueiros-Stoutner has devoted her career to family law, with a focus on litigation, mediation, and parenting coordination. She began as a legal advocate for domestic violence victims and a CPS case specialist, supporting children and families in crisis. She later clerked for a former presiding family court judge at Maricopa County Superior Court and mediated divorce and paternity cases. Nicole went on to lead the legal department of a nonprofit and practiced at three boutique Phoenix family law firms, eventually becoming a partner and co-founding Sheldon & Stoutner in 2019.
In 2020, she was appointed as a Commissioner of the Maricopa County Superior Court, serving for one year before returning to private practice. Nicole has received numerous honors, including the State Bar of Arizona Leadership Institute (2009–2010) and Phoenix Business Journal’s "Forty Under 40" (2011). Judge (ret.) Bethany G. Hicks received her Bachelor’s Degree from Vassar College, her Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Development from Boston University and her Juris Doctorate from the Sandra Day O’Connor School of Law at Arizona State University. From 1991 through 2015, she served as a judge on the Maricopa County Superior Court, including terms on the family, civil, probate, juvenile and criminal benches. In particular, Judge Hicks served as the presiding judge for the Family Court department from 2000 to 2003, as the Associate Dean (2005) and Dean (2006) of the Arizona Judicial College and as a judge pro tem on both the Arizona Court of Appeals (Division One) and the Arizona Supreme Court. Since leaving the bench, Judge Hicks has conducted a private mediation/arbitration practice and serves as a court-appointed parenting coordinator for parents who are unable to agree on parenting issues. Judge Brooks was appointed to the Superior Court in January, 2020. He currently serves on the family court rotation and was previously on the Juvenile Court rotation. Prior to his appointment, Judge Brooks was an Assistant United States Attorney for the District of Arizona where he prosecuted violent crimes, and served as the human trafficking prosecution coordinator and gang task force coordinator. Judge Brooks has also worked for the Arizona Attorney General's Office, Osborn Maledon, and the International Justice Mission. He graduated from the University of Chicago Law School in 2009. When not on the bench Judge Brooks almost certainly with his wonderful wife and four children. Together they enjoy sports, hiking, mountain biking, books, and a lot of food.

Judge Wade was recently appointed by Governor Hobbs, and served as a Commissioner in Superior Court prior to his appointment. Judge Ronee Korbin Steiner, appointed to the Maricopa County Superior Court Bench in 2015, served in the Family Department, where she was the Associate Presiding Judge, and the Criminal Department from 2019 to 2023. She is now in the juvenile department. She has served on the following executive boards: Arizona chapter of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts, Maricopa County Bar Association Family Law Section and Public Lawyers Division. Judge Korbin Steiner graduated Phi Beta Kappa, cum laude with Honors in the Liberal Arts, from the Ohio State University and then from Temple University School of Law in 1993. After a judicial clerkship in Philadelphia, she practiced as a Maricopa County Public Defender. She then went into private practice where she focused on family law. Before her appointment to the bench, Judge Korbin Steiner was an Arizona Bar Certified Specialist in Family Law. She was a parenting coordinator, provided mediation services and was a Maricopa County judge pro tem. She has taught many CLEs for the State Bar, MCBA, the Paralegal Institute, NBI and others. As a family law practitioner, Judge Korbin Steiner was awarded Family Law Litigator of the Year by Volunteer Lawyers Program and was named one of Arizona’s Top 50 Pro Bono Lawyers. He is a licensed psychologist in Arizona and a licensed and retired attorney in New York and Massachusetts.
