Nicole Dawn Marie Siqueiros-Stoutner

Since graduating from ASU Law, Nicole Siqueiros-Stoutner has devoted her career to family law, with a focus on litigation, mediation, and parenting coordination. She began as a legal advocate for domestic violence victims and a CPS case specialist, supporting children and families in crisis. She later clerked for a former presiding family court judge at Maricopa County Superior Court and mediated divorce and paternity cases. Nicole went on to lead the legal department of a nonprofit and practiced at three boutique Phoenix family law firms, eventually becoming a partner and co-founding Sheldon & Stoutner in 2019.
In 2020, she was appointed as a Commissioner of the Maricopa County Superior Court, serving for one year before returning to private practice. Nicole has received numerous honors, including the State Bar of Arizona Leadership Institute (2009–2010) and Phoenix Business Journal’s "Forty Under 40" (2011). She was named a "Top Attorney" by North Valley Magazine from 2012 to 2020. Thomson Reuters recognized her as a "Rising Star" in 2019 and 2020, and a "Super Lawyer" in 2023, 2024, and 2025.
She co-authored Co-Parenting By Design, published by Unhooked Books in 2024. Nicole frequently writes and presents CLE seminars for the Arizona State Bar, Maricopa County Bar, AFCC chapters, AAML, and the Arizona Supreme Court Committee on Domestic Violence. Her topics include trial advocacy, legal decision-making, mental health, cultural competency, parenting coordination, and multi-jurisdictional custody.
She has served as a Judge Pro Tem for Maricopa County Superior Court, conducting ADR conferences and private mediations. Nicole is a trained mediator and Parenting Coordinator. She chaired the Arizona State Bar Family Law Executive Council in 2024 and the Maricopa County Bar Family Law Section in 2018 and 2019. She is a former Board Member of Los Abogados and remains active in both that organization and the Arizona Women Lawyers Association.
