Description

The Arizona legislature enacted our Sealing Statute, ARS 13-911, effective as of January 1, 2023. Two years later, we have a good idea of how this very broad and powerful statute is changing the lives of many people for the better. This CLE explores the way the statute is being implemented by the courts, as well as how it is affecting those who use it, sometimes with unexpected results.
