Nicholas Saccone

is the Presiding Criminal Commissioner for the Maricopa County Superior Court. Prior to being appointed in 2020, Commissioner Saccone worked at the Arizona Attorney General’s Office in the Drug and Racketeering Section from 2012 to 2020, and at the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office from 2008 to 2012. Commissioner Saccone is originally from Ohio, and obtained his undergraduate degrees at Eastern Michigan University, and his law degree from the University of Toledo. When not on the bench, he enjoys practicing yoga, painting, and reading.
