Mr. Day is an Arizona patent attorney with over 10 years’ experience, specializing in the areas of eDiscovery, intellectual property, and general business consulting. Mr. Day routinely advises both law firm and corporate clients in matters of eDiscovery from collection through production. His unique background in business, law, and engineering provide skills to strategize, develop, and implement solutions from many perspectives. He has led document review teams at Ryley, Carlock & Applewhite and currently leads the Project Management team at TERIS, an end-to-end consultative eDiscovery services partner. Mr. Day has presented a CLE on How to Use Relativity in Order to Facilitate a Review and has been a panelist at the ASU-Arkfeld eDiscovery Conference. Mr. Day serves as a member of the State Bar of Arizona’s Technology Committee and Co-Chair of its ESI-EED Subcommittee. Mr. Day is a past President, Vice-President, and member of the Industrial Development Authority for the Town of Gilbert.
