Amy Hernandez received her law degree in 2003 from Drake University (with Honors). After law school she served as a law clerk at the Arizona Court of Appeals. Ms. Hernandez has served on the Civil Practice & Procedure Committee for the State Bar of Arizona and as the Chair of the State Bar Trial Practice Section. She is a former member of the Morris K. Udall Inn of Court and a former board member for the Arizona Association of Justice. Ms. Hernandez served in the United States Army from 1996 - 2000 as a military intelligence analyst. Ms. Hernandez owns Hernandez Linton Law, PLLC where she focuses her practice on plaintiff’s medical malpractice, legal malpractice, and general personal injury.

Mr. Palumbo attended the University of Notre Dame, where he obtained his undergraduate degree and was a letterman on the varsity football team. From there, he went on to obtain his law degree from the Arizona State University Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law. Since becoming a practicing lawyer, he has dedicated himself to defending the rights of those who have been victimized by personal injury accidents and those who have lost loved ones to wrongful death. Mr. Palumbo serves as the current President of the Arizona Association for Justice/Arizona Trial Lawyers Association. He is proud to have received a AV® peer review rating by Martindale-Hubbell® - the highest rating for exceptional legal ability and high ethical standards. Super Lawyers® has selected Mr. Palumbo for inclusion in its 2013 - 2020 Super Lawyers lists and has recognized him as one of the "Top 50 Arizona Super Lawyers" every year since 2014, which made him the youngest Arizona attorney ever to receive that recognition. Mr. Palumbo has been repeatedly honored by AZ Business Magazine as one of the "Top 100 Arizona Lawyers." Mr. Palumbo has been included in The Best Lawyers in America in the practice areas of Plaintiffs Medical Malpractice Law and Plaintiffs Personal Injury Litigation and was identified as the 2020 "Lawyer of the Year" for Plaintiff's Medical Malpractice Law. The National Trial Lawyers Association has also named Mr. Palumbo as one of the "Top 100 Trial Attorneys" throughout Arizona since 2009. Beyond that, Mr. Palumbo maintains a membership in the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum - an organization that maintains membership exclusively for those lawyers who have recovered settlements or verdicts in excess of $2 million dollars. Mr. Palumbo is honored to be an Adjunct Professor of Law at his alma mater, Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. Mr. Palumbo currently lives in Phoenix, AZ with his wife Emily and their two wonderful children.
Dan Campbell concentrates his practice in the area of civil litigation and is regularly involved in the investigation and trial of complex insurance defense, SIU, personal injury, professional malpractice, construction, and commercial disputes. Prior to joining Koeller Nebeker Carlson Haluck, LLP Dan was the Senior Attorney for Commercial Litigation for The Greyhound Corporation (now known as Viad). In this capacity, he supervised and participated in commercial litigation for The Greyhound Corporation and its subsidiaries nationwide.
This experience led to the design and implementation of the corporate document retention policy and also involved participation in various preventative law programs.
As a result of his experience concerning preventative law issues, Dan has lectured nationwide on issues regarding the design and implementation of document retention programs, as well as issues concerning disclosure obligations under state and federal law and spoliation of evidence. He also acts as an arbitrator/mediator in civil litigation matters. He is a member of the ADR Section of the Maricopa County Bar Association.
Dan has been married to Kathy since 1976, they have two sons, Alex and Andy, and two wonderful daughters-in-law, Melissa and Ashley. They also have four grandchildren, Wyatt, Casey, Cole and Kora, and two bulldogs, Daisy and Violet. Outside of work, Kathy and Dan enjoy travel and spending time with their family.
The Honorable Ted S. Reed serves as Presiding Judge of Superior Court in Coconino County. Judge Reed was elected to Division 1 beginning in 2019. Judge Reed served as a full-time judge pro tem for Superior Court in Coconino County, Division 6, from 2011 through 2018. Judge Reed is currently assigned a criminal caseload, and has previously been assigned domestic relations, civil, probate, and juvenile delinquency caseloads. Judge Reed has presided over Coconino County Recovery Court since 2013.
Judge Reed was raised on a working ranch in rural Alaska. He completed his undergraduate degree in Flagstaff at Northern Arizona University, majoring in Criminal Justice and Psychology. Judge Reed continued his education at the University of Utah, S.J. Quinney College of Law.
Upon graduating from law school, Judge Reed worked as a felony prosecutor at the Coconino County Attorney’s Office. After four years as a prosecutor, he went into private practice by founding the law firm of Reed, Antol & Hance, P.C. in Flagstaff, Arizona. While in private practice, he focused on criminal defense and family law. He served as a contract public defender in Coconino, Mohave and Yavapai Counties.
Judge Reed taught at Northern Arizona University from 2005 through 2009 in the Department of Criminal Justice and the U.S. Forest Service Law Enforcement Academy. Judge Reed taught in the subjects of Criminal Procedure, Criminal Law, Evidence, Trial Practice, and Constitutional Law.
Judge Reed serves as the chair of the Coconino County Criminal Justice Coordinating Council. Judge Reed is a member of the Arizona Judicial Council’s Committee on Superior Court and Committee on Probation.
