helped co-found Palumbo Wolfe & Palumbo with his father and long-time friend Elliot Wolfe. Mr. Palumbo attended the University of Notre Dame, where he obtained his undergraduate degree and was a letterman on the varsity football team. From there, he went on to obtain his law degree from the Arizona State University Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law. Since becoming a practicing lawyer, he has dedicated himself to defending the rights of those who have been victimized by personal injury accidents and those who have lost loved ones to wrongful death. Mr. Palumbo serves as the current President of the Arizona Association for Justice/Arizona Trial Lawyers Association. He is proud to have received a AV® peer review rating by Martindale-Hubbell® - the highest rating for exceptional legal ability and high ethical standards. Super Lawyers® has selected Mr. Palumbo for inclusion in its 2013 - 2020 Super Lawyers lists and has recognized him as one of the "Top 50 Arizona Super Lawyers" every year since 2014, which made him the youngest Arizona attorney ever to receive that recognition. Mr. Palumbo has been repeatedly honored by AZ Business Magazine as one of the "Top 100 Arizona Lawyers." Mr. Palumbo has been included in The Best Lawyers in America in the practice areas of Plaintiffs Medical Malpractice Law and Plaintiffs Personal Injury Litigation and was identified as the 2020 "Lawyer of the Year" for Plaintiff's Medical Malpractice Law. The National Trial Lawyers Association has also named Mr. Palumbo as one of the "Top 100 Trial Attorneys" throughout Arizona since 2009. Beyond that, Mr. Palumbo maintains a membership in the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum - an organization that maintains membership exclusively for those lawyers who have recovered settlements or verdicts in excess of $2 million dollars. Mr. Palumbo is honored to be an Adjunct Professor of Law at his alma mater, Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. Mr. Palumbo currently lives in Phoenix, AZ with his wife Emily and their two wonderful children.
