John Hink focuses on commercial and residential (multi-family and subdivision) real estate transactions involving new development as well as existing properties. He has extensive experience with commercial leasing of office, industrial and retail properties. John offers counsel to both lenders and borrowers with respect to real estate financing (including the issuance of legal opinions), as well as the acquisition and disposition of assets. Prior to joining Tiffany & Bosco, P. A., John worked with two large Phoenix law firms. John is listed in the 2004 – 2017 editions of Chambers USA America’s Leading Business Lawyers, and the 2010 – 2017 editions of Best Lawyers, both in the category of Real Estate Law. He is also listed in the Southwest SuperLawyers. John is a native of Scottsdale, Arizona and is a life member of the Scottsdale Charros. He is a member of Arizona Town Hall and participated in Scottsdale Leadership (Class IV), the City of Scottsdale 2014 General Plan Task Force and the Scottsdale CityShape 2020 Advisory Team. John has previously served on the board of directors of Desert Voices Oral Learning Center and Paradise Valley Country Club. John is a member of NAIOP and the Urban Land Institute. John holds a bachelor degree from the University of Arizona (Economics, B.A. – 1984) and a law degree from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University (J.D. – 1988). He is a member of the State Bar of Arizona.

His real estate and business practice involves a variety of areas, including commercial real estate transactions and development, non-traditional real estate investment, transactional finance and trustee's sales, construction law, land use and litigation. He regularly assists his clients in all aspects of commercial, residential and industrial real estate acquisition and development, including project planning, finance, governmental processing and compliance, construction, and the sale or leasing of the completed product. His clients include real estate development companies; builders and contractors; real estate brokers; individual and institutional borrowers; lenders and guarantors; purchasers and sellers of real property; and commercial landlords and tenants. Mr. Kozub is the past chair of the Real Property Section of the Arizona State Bar and has been a member of the Executive Counsel of the Real Property Section of the Arizona State Bar since 2012. He is a member of the legal education faculty at the Arizona School of Real Estate and Business in Scottsdale, Arizona. Mr. Kozub is licensed to practice law in Arizona and California, and holds an active Arizona broker's license. Mr. Kozub holds an AV rating from Martindale- Hubbell and received the International Academy of Trial Lawyers Commendation for Distinguished Achievement in the Art and Science of Advocacy.
is responsible for Underwriting and National Commercial Business Development for Thomas Title & Escrow. As a lawyer, advisor, technology leader, and military officer, his career focus has been complex issue management. Since 2015, he has been advising clients on financial and insurance matters. Chad is essentially a deal facilitator-providing underwriting support to our title team, and working with clients to connect them to the various services and resources that Thomas Title offers.
Chad served four years in the U.S. Air Force as an aircraft maintenance officer, which included combat duty with a squadron of F-15E fighter jets. After law school, he practiced in Arizona as a civil litigation attorney. In London and Chicago, he ran the EMEA and development operations for a financial-industry software firm. In 2015, he returned to his home state of Arizona, and as a Director for a boutique insurance advisory firm, assisted individual and corporate clients with private placement investments and sophisticated insurance strategies.
He lives in Phoenix with his wife and their three children. He founded a junior tennis program, and is actively involved in the tennis and autism communities. He volunteers at his children's schools, and serves on the Board of Directors of two nonprofits in Phoenix.

is a native Arizonan and Partner at Shein Phanse Adkins, P.C. With over a decade of experience in private practice, Todd's primary focus is commercial real estate, with broad experience in acquisition, development, leasing and secured financing. In this context, Todd has negotiated and prepared purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, commercial leases and other related agreements, including restrictive covenants, cost sharing agreements, and security (UCC Article 9) agreements. Todd also leads comprehensive due diligence efforts which include title, survey, environmental and related property investigations. Todd's experience includes highly complex real estate and real estate financing transactions and Todd has assumed lead responsibility for transactions involving major office buildings, shopping centers, multi-family projects, master planned communities, resort/golf properties, industrial properties, recreational watersports facilities, and single-family residential developments. Todd received his Bachelor of Arts and Doctor of Jurisprudence degrees from the University of Arizona. Todd is a Real Estate Specialist, certified by the State Bar of Arizona Board of Legal Specialization.
Charistopher Hering is a member of Gammage & Burnham, P.L.C. Mr. Hering practices in the areas of construction law, civil and commercial litigation, and civil appeals. Mr. Hering handles just about any matter that involves a construction project, from licensing and construction contract drafting to payment disputes and defect claims. Before joining Gammage & Burnham, Mr. Hering clerked for Arizona Supreme Court Justice A. John Pelander. He graduated from Arizona State University with degrees in finance and economics in 2007 and from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law in 2010. Mr. Hering has been selected by Southwest Super Lawyers as a Rising Star every year since 2014, is a member of the executive council of the State Bar Construction Law Section, and is a fellow of the Construction Lawyers Society of America.
