Todd M Adkins

With over a decade of experience in private practice, Todd's primary focus is commercial real estate, with broad experience in acquisition, development, leasing and secured financing. In this context, Todd has negotiated and prepared purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, commercial leases and other related agreements, including restrictive covenants, cost sharing agreements, and security (UCC Article 9) agreements. Todd also leads comprehensive due diligence efforts which include title, survey, environmental and related property investigations. Todd's experience includes highly complex real estate and real estate financing transactions and Todd has assumed lead responsibility for transactions involving major office buildings, shopping centers, multi-family projects, master planned communities, resort/golf properties, industrial properties, recreational watersports facilities, and single-family residential developments. Todd received his Bachelor of Arts and Doctor of Jurisprudence degrees from the University of Arizona. Todd is a Real Estate Specialist, certified by the State Bar of Arizona Board of Legal Specialization.
