is a founder of the Scottsdale, Arizona real estate and business law firm, The Kozub Law Group, PLC. His real estate and business practice involves a variety of areas, including commercial real estate transactions and development, non-traditional real estate investment, transactional finance and trustee's sales, construction law, land use and litigation. He regularly assists his clients in all aspects of commercial, residential and industrial real estate acquisition and development, including project planning, finance, governmental processing and compliance, construction, and the sale or leasing of the completed product. His clients include real estate development companies; builders and contractors; real estate brokers; individual and institutional borrowers; lenders and guarantors; purchasers and sellers of real property; and commercial landlords and tenants. Mr. Kozub is the past chair of the Real Property Section of the Arizona State Bar and has been a member of the Executive Counsel of the Real Property Section of the Arizona State Bar since 2012. Mr. Kozub has been published in such publications as the Arizona Department of Real Estate Bulletin, RealTimes.com and the Arizona Journal of Real Estate & Business. He is a member of the legal education faculty at the Arizona School of Real Estate and Business in Scottsdale, Arizona. He provides continuing legal education to the Arizona legal community on real estate issues and is a frequent guest lecturer for various professional organizations in the real estate and construction industry. Mr. Kozub is licensed to practice law in Arizona and California, and holds an active Arizona broker's license. Mr. Kozub holds an AV rating from Martindale- Hubbell and received the International Academy of Trial Lawyers Commendation for Distinguished Achievement in the Art and Science of Advocacy.
