Sarah Rae Gonski


Sarah Gonski is the owner of Everett Street Group PLLC, where she helps state and local policymakers design and implement public policy solutions to make the election process more voter-friendly, accurate, and efficient. She is also an Adjunct Professor of Law at Arizona State University's College of Law, where she teaches Election Law.
Prior to her policy and teaching work, she spent seven years in private practice working to secure and expand access to the democratic process. In that capacity, she litigated over 100 election law and voting rights cases across the country in both state and federal courts, including the United States Supreme Court. In 2020, she litigated nearly a dozen lawsuits defending President Biden from those seeking to overturn the results of the presidential election. Sarah is a graduate of the University of Maryland-College Park and Harvard Law School.
