Michael Steven Shupe
Esq. of Goldschmidt|Shupe, PLLC has been a licensed attorney since 2009 practicing nearly exclusively in the area of common-interest community association law in Arizona. He regularly advises planned community and condominium associations, cooperative housing corporations, and other common-interest communities and non-profit corporations on a wide variety of issues including covenant enforcement, assessment collection, association governance and best-practices, and general real estate matters. Michael regularly participates in lectures on community association law and relevant issues, and provides comprehensive education and instruction to common-interest community volunteer leaders and community management professionals. Michael has also served on the Board of Directors for the Southern Arizona Chapter of the Community Associations Institute (now CAI Arizona), and currently serves as a chapter delegate and co-chair of CAI Arizona’s Legislative Action Committee. He received his Bachelor of Arts (2005) and Juris Doctor (2009) from the University of Arizona.
