Luke Albert Douglas

Luke Douglas serves as the Deputy General Counsel and Chief Procurement Officer for the Secretary of State’s Office, bringing him full circle after having previously served as Government Relations Director for a lobbying firm where he handled the firm’s and clients’ lobbyist and campaign finance filings with the Secretary. He comes to the State from the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office, where he represented county government agencies in civil litigation and government advice. Previously serving part time as a Maricopa County judge, Luke brings a wealth or knowledge of government and those who do business with government. He currently serves on the Transportation Commission of the City of Phoenix.
