Mr. Diesel is admitted to all state and federal courts in the State of Arizona, as well as the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Diesel is a member of the American and Arizona Trial Lawyers Associations and has lectured numerous times throughout the state. In 1978, he was a clerk for the Arizona Court of Appeals under the Honorable Lawrence J. Wren (deceased).

Mr. Diesel received his B.S. (with high distinction) from Northern Arizona University in 1970; his M.S. in 1975 and his J.D. in 1973, both from Arizona State University. He is a member of the State Bar of Arizona, U.S. District Court (Arizona), U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit and U.S. Supreme Court. He is also a member of the American Bar Association, Coconino County Bar Association, Arizona Trial Lawyers Association; The Association of Trial Lawyers of America and a Founding Fellow of the Arizona Bar Foundation.

His practice focuses on personal injury, medical malpractice and wrongful death litigation. He represents clients in motor vehicle accidents, serious slip and fall incidents and premises liability situations.
