K has a particular interest in technology along with its challenges and opportunities. She is certified through the IAPP as a Fellow of Information Privacy (FIP), Privacy Management (CIPM), and US and EU Privacy Law (CIPP/US, CIPP/E) and through ISACA as a data privacy solutions engineer (CDPSE). she obtained her law degree at the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University and her PhD in public affairs from the University of Texas at Dallas.
