DEAN FORMANEK is a principal with the Phoenix law firm of WARNER ANGLE HALLAM JACKSON & FORMANEK PLC, concentrating his practice in the areas of commercial and real estate transactions, finance, commercial leasing, deed of trust sales, receiverships and loan workouts. Mr. Formanek received his B.B.A. degree from the University of Iowa in 1980 and graduated from the University of Iowa law school with distinction in 1983. Mr. Formanek was admitted to the bar in 1983, along with the Arizona and U.S. District Court, District of Arizona. He is a member of the State Bar of Arizona Real Property Section and Corporation, Banking & Business Law Section, a member of the Arizona Trustee Association, a member of the American Bar and Maricopa Bar Associations, and a Fellow in the American College of Mortgage Attorneys. Mr. Formanek is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell for the last 10 years.
