After practicing law at a large regional law firm for 26 years, he and several partners formed his current firm, Papetti Samuels Weiss McKirgan, which has grown to 13 litigation lawyers in two plus years. Clients look to Bruce to obtain or defend temporary restraining orders and preliminary injunctions when, for example, a company’s trade secrets have been misappropriated or a former employee is violating a post-employment obligation by soliciting customers. Bruce’s unusual versatility is illustrated by being recognized in eight areas by Best Lawyers in America®: Commercial Litigation, Copyright Law, Intellectual Property Litigation, Labor & Employment Litigation, Real Estate Litigation, Trademarks, and Trade Secrets. Bruce graduated from NYU School of Law, where he served as Editor in Chief of the Review of Law and Social Change, and Occidental College. He clerked with the Honorable Vice Chief Justice James Moeller from 1994 to 1995.
