Description

The Nuts & Bolts of Trade Secrets is an introduction to Arizona and U.S. trade secrets law. The seminar will provide a primer for anyone new to trade secrets law or who simply requires a refresher on the topic. Topics will include the basics of trade secrets, obtaining trade secret protection, protecting trade secrets, enforcing rights in trade secrets, trade secret litigation, trade secret remedies, trade secret licensing/transactions, the interplay between trade secrets and employment law, and practical considerations/best practices in dealing with trade secrets.
