Description

The USPTO is seeking open and frank feedback from stakeholders about various programs and efforts at the USPTO related to work sharing and procedural harmonization. 

Session provides attendees with detailed information about current programs and efforts at the USPTO, such as:

  •     The Patent Prosecution Highway (PPH), 
  •     Collaborative search programs, 
  •     Multilateral activities within the IP5 around global assignment, and others, 

As well as provide an opportunity to share your input on what programs work for you, where you have experienced challenges, what you would like to see in terms of enhancements/changes to current programs and efforts.
