One pass per person, per rolling year.  CLE Pass is non-transferable.  The CLE Pass price cannot be pro-rated, refunded, or retroactively applied to courses previously purchased. Pass can not be  used with discounted bundles or any other discounted offers. 

Pass expires 365 days after purchase.  Programs purchased using AZCLE Anytime Pass must be completed before pass expires.
