Join us for an extraordinary opportunity to hear directly from the bench. This exclusive seminar features:
- Hon. Michael S. Catlett, Judge of the Arizona Court of Appeals – author of cases of first impression addressing regulated parties and state agency deference in Arizona – who will share insights into appellate review of administrative decisions and practical guidance for improving advocacy before the Court of Appeals.
- Hon. Joseph P. Mikitish, Presiding Judge of the Maricopa County Lower Court of Appeals, who has been in the trenches implementing Arizona’s legislative changes to A.R.S. § 12-901 et seq. Judge Mikitish will discuss how these reforms are shaping practice and provide tips for navigating proceedings in his court.
