joined the Registrar of Contractors in January 2018. As General Counsel, he leads an amazing team of attorneys, paralegals and legal assistants in handling the agency's administrative matters and its regulation of over 40,000 licensees. Prior to coming to the Registrar, Chance was an associate attorney at the ASU Alumni Law Group, and owned his own practice focusing on civil and consumer law. Chance received his JD in 2014 from the ASU Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, where he was Senior Articles Editor for Jurimetrics - The Journal of Law, Science, and Technology, and received a Certificate in Law and Sustainability. Chance is the past chair of the Arizona State Bar's Administrative Law and Regulatory Practice Section.
