This presentation will provide a general overview of the Arizona Procurement Code and how procurement operates within the government.  Discussion will include: 
    • an overview of the Arizona Procurement Code, 
    • who and what the Arizona Procurement Code covers,
    • solicitations and the process, 
    • remedies available regarding the solicitation process as well as contract claims, 
    • resources available through the State Procurement Office, and
    • important Arizona procurement cases
