This presentation will provide a general overview of the Arizona Procurement Code and how procurement operates within the government. Discussion will include:
• an overview of the Arizona Procurement Code,
• who and what the Arizona Procurement Code covers,
• solicitations and the process,
• remedies available regarding the solicitation process as well as contract claims,
• resources available through the State Procurement Office, and
• important Arizona procurement cases

Since then, he has practiced with two giant law firms, a medium firm and a small law partnership, as well as serving as in-house counsel in a major banking concern. For the last 27 years, he has been an Arizona assistant attorney general, helping many agencies comply with the public records and Open Meeting Law issues to be discussed in this seminar.
