Kelly Michele Wagner
Prior to her escape to the warmer weather of Arizona in 2018, Kelly received her JD from Hamline University School of Law in St. Paul, MN in 2001. Throughout her almost 17 years in practice in Minnesota, Kelly worked as a trial court law clerk, assistant county attorney as well as an assistant city attorney. In between her varied roles as a criminal prosecutor, Kelly ventured into private practice in the areas of real estate law, wills/trusts and probate/estate law, as well as providing city attorney services for several small towns throughout southeast Minnesota. Shortly after her arrival to Arizona, Kelly joined the Arizona Attorney General’s office and has provided advice and representation to various agencies, boards, and commissions.
