WENDY M. ANDERSON is a business law attorney who brings decades of corporate marketing experience to her legal practice. After a successful career as a marketing executive, she fulfilled a lifelong goal of becoming an attorney, earning her J.D. summa cum laude from Arizona Summit Law School in 2014, where she graduated as valedictorian. Admitted to the Arizona Bar in 2015, Wendy represents companies of all sizes—from sole proprietors to organizations with hundreds of employees—helping clients assess legal risks, negotiate complex agreements, and comply with laws and regulations in their daily business operations. . She focuses on preventing problems before they arise and finding solutions that minimize disruption to her clients’ businesses. Wendy has been recognized by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star every year from 2020 through 2025 and holds an AV Preeminent® rating from Martindale-Hubbell®. JEFFREY B. FUGAL is a Partner with Quarles who practices corporate and tax law and advises clients on a wide range of business and federal income tax matters. With a master’s degree in taxation and extensive experience in complex transactions, Jeff counsels clients on entity formation, tax-efficient structuring, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and equity compensation planning. His practice also includes advising on qualified small business stock (Section 1202) and other advanced federal tax issues. A graduate of Arizona State University, Ty is also active in the community and serves on the academic committee of the Arizona Chapter of Financial Executives International.
