Victoria Blair Struse is an elder law attorney with the law firm of Fletcher, Struse, Fickbohm & Wagner, PLC, in Tucson, Arizona. Victoria has a true love for the practice, and enjoys assisting clients in need of government benefits and special needs planning. Her practice consists mainly of working with clients to obtain or maintain benefits through the Arizona Long Term Care System (ALTCS), Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS), Supplemental Security Income (SSI) and Veteran’s Aid & Attendance (VA A&A). Victoria often creates and advises clients on Special Needs Trusts and enjoys working with personal injury and medical malpractice attorneys to evaluate the effect of these settlements on the much needed medical benefits the clients receive from the government. Victoria is a member of the Special Needs Alliance and is a Fellow with The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel.
