is a member of the Arizona State Bar Ethics Advisory Group and was the Chair of that Group from March 2018 to February 2019. Prior to the formation of the Ethics Advisory Group, Todd was active for many years on the Arizona State Bar Ethics Committee. He has worked for the United States Attorney's Office as a federal prosecutor since August 2014. Prior to joining the United States Attorney's Office, he worked as an Assistant Arizona Attorney General in the Solicitor General's Division, where he focused primarily on Arizona election-law issues and civil appeals. From 2010 to 2013, Todd worked at Fennemore Craig, P.C. in Phoenix, where he focused primarily on commercial litigation, business torts, and civil appeals. Todd graduated from the University of Miami Law School in 2008. Following law school, Todd clerked for the Hon. James Lawrence King on the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida and then for the Hon. Rebecca White Berch on the Arizona Supreme Court.
