Tim Berg is a shareholder and director at Fennemore where he is chair of the Firm’s appellate practice
group. He practices in the areas of civil appeals, public records law, public utility law and Arizona
constitutional law. He also serves as the Firm’s General Counsel regularly addressing ethics
issues. Prior to joining Fennemore, he clerked for Richard H. Chambers, chief judge of the United
States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
