Timothy J. Eckstein is a partner at Osborn Maledon. His practice focuses on criminal defense, commercial litigation, and appeals. Tim currently serves on the Arizona Supreme Court's Advisory Committee on the Rules of Evidence and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals' Attorney Admission Fund. Tim chairs the AJC's Judge Learned Hand Awards Luncheon, and is a member of the Arizona Civil Liberties Union legal panel and the Horace Rumpole Inn of Court. He is also a contributing editor to the Jewish News of Greater Phoenix, a board member for the Pardes Jewish Day School, and a vice president of the Arizona region chapter of the American Jewish Committee. Tim is a graduate of Pomona College and Harvard Law School. He clerked for the Honorable Michael Daly Hawkins on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
