Mr. Crouch is a partner with the law firm of Meagher & Geer, P.L.L.P., having practiced in both its Minnesota and Arizona offices. Mr. Crouch has more than 20 years of experience in analyzing insurance coverage issues, writing opinion letters, and litigating insurance coverage disputes and bad faith claims. He has analyzed insurance issues under laws of almost all 50 states and litigated coverage matters throughout the country. He has extensive experience in a variety of different types of insurance coverage, including commercial general liability, commercial property, homeowners’ coverage, commercial auto, professional liability, director and officer liability, public official liability, and law enforcement liability.
Mr. Crouch also has extensive appellate experience. He began his career by clerking for Justice John Simonett and Justice Lawrence Yetka of the Minnesota Supreme Court. Since joining Meagher & Geer in 1988, he has briefed or argued more than 50 appeals in many federal and state appellate courts around the country. His appellate experience includes both insurance-related cases and other cases arising from personal injury and commercial litigation.
