Theresa Cole Rassas

Theresa Cole Rassas is Chief Counsel for the Arizona Civil Rights Division at the Office of the Attorney General.  Before working in civil rights, Theresa was an Assistant United States Attorney where she prosecuted firearms cases, immigration cases, money laundering, bankruptcy fraud, and drug cases.  She started her legal career at the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office.  Theresa has had trial practice is state and federal courts and has argued before the Ninth Circuit.  Theresa and her husband both practice law, which has served them well (so far) in outsmarting their three daughters.
