Taylor Earl is an attorney with the law firm Earl, Curley & Lagarde, P.C., which focuses exclusively on zoning and land use law.  Taylor’s work includes processing the full spectrum of development projects, including single family residential, multifamily, commercial, office, industrial, and master-planned communities. He represents clients at public hearings before commissions, boards, hearing officers and city councils in processing applications for rezoning, use permits, variances, site plans, abandonments, administrative appeals, and more.  Prior to joining Earl, Curley & Lagarde, P.C., Taylor worked as a civil litigation attorney, handling various matters involving municipal law in Arizona.  He also clerked for the Arizona Court of Appeals, for the Honorable Judge Daniel A. Barker, Ret. Taylor received his Juris Doctorate at UCLA School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts degree from Brigham Young University (Summa Cum Laude).
