Stuart Peterson, an attorney of Pew Law Center, PLLC, focuses his practice on consumer bankruptcy (Chapter 7 and 13), debt settlement, credit rehabilitation, student loans, and tax resolution services. He has assisted thousands of clients in resolving their financial hardships. Stuart is a member on the State Bar of Arizona’s Committee of Unauthorized Practice of Law. He received his J.D. from Arizona State University and B.S. from Brigham Young University, and lives in Gilbert with his wife, Morgan, and their two sons.
