At the beginning of 2024, Spencer purchased the book of firm managing partner Richard Karpinski and was elevated to tax partner of the firm at that time where he remains to this day. Spencer has extensive experience with clients in the construction and cannabis industries and also has good experience with tax controversy, assisting clients involved in civil federal tax disputes and compliance issues with the IRS and various state departments of revenue.
