Scott A. Malm has been a lawyer with the law firm of Gust Rosenfeld for nearly 30 years. He advises and represents title insurance companies and their insureds, escrow companies, lenders, and similar clients in real estate matters in trial and appellate courts at the state and federal level. He is AV Preeminent rated by Martindale-Hubbell and is recognized in Best Lawyer’s in America and Southwest Super Lawyers for Real Estate Law. He has been a lead lawyer in approximately 20 published court decisions shaping Arizona real estate law. He has drafted legislation and advised legislators regarding real estate issues. Mr. Malm received his BA and JD from the University of Arizona with honors and received his MBA from the University of Wales-Cardiff Business School. He currently serves as a Settlement Conference Judge Pro Tempore for Maricopa County Superior Court and is available for private arbitrations and mediations.
