Nicci is a partner at HINDERAKER & YRUN-DUFFY FAMILY LAW. Nicci is a certified Family Law Specialist and Fellow in the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. She is rated AV Preeminent with Martindale-Hubbel. Nicci practices exclusively family law. Her practice focuses on complex financial and parenting matters.

As part of her commitment to Arizona family law practice, Nicci serves as a Court Appointed Advisor and Best Interests Attorney in Pima County, and volunteers to provide legal advice in the Step Up To Justice program. Nicci has presented at CLE's for AAML, the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts and the State Bar of Arizona. She participated in the AAML Mentor Program, both as a Mentee and, later, as a Fellow and Mentor.
