Campbell Badger has represented public and private employers in labor law and labor relations for over 15 years. He represents school districts and public entities across Maine in labor negotiations, labor arbitrations, and personnel matters.  At the national level, Campbell represents Indian tribal enterprises in addressing union campaigns and in collective bargaining negotiations. Campbell has extensive experience in a wide range of labor relations matters, including collective bargaining, bargaining unit determination, merger and modification proceedings, unfair labor practice hearings, and assisting public employers faced with union drives.  He has negotiated over 150 collective bargaining contracts for employers. Campbell has served as an instructor on labor law in courses at the University of Southern Maine, and he frequently presents at conferences on labor relations and personnel issues.  He received his B.A., cum laude, from University of Massachusetts and his J.D., cum laude, from University of Maine School of Law.
