is a Deputy County Attorney at the Pima County Attorney’s Office. Currently assigned to the major crimes bureau, Ryan prosecutes a variety of criminal offenses including high-profile murder and aggravated assault cases. He also handles all extraditions to and from Pima County, working with Local, State, and Federal Authorities to extradite domestic and international fugitives. Originally from small-town Illinois, he attended the University of Illinois (B.A. Communication, 2015) before moving to the Sonoran Desert to pursue his J.D. from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law (J.D., 2018). Ryan is an active member in the local bar community, sitting on the boards of the Pima County Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division and the Morris K. Udall Inn of Court. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, watching sports, officiating high school basketball, and spending time with his wife, Caitlin, and infant son, Theodore.
