Roy Herrera

is Of Counsel with Ballard Spahr. His practice centers on political law. He regularly advises candidates, nonprofit organizations, PACs, elected officials, and businesses on campaign finance and election law issues. In addition to his political law work, Roy represents clients in government and regulatory affairs, white collar defense, and internal investigation matters. Prior to joining Ballard Spahr, Roy served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney for the U.S. Department of Justice and on the legislative staff of U.S. Representative Ed Pastor of Arizona.
