Ronald Neal Allen was born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, on October 3, 1956.  He obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma in 1982, then clerked for the Chief Justice of the Oklahoma Supreme Court.  He passed the Arizona bar in 1985, then joined the firm of King & Frisch, PC, and became a shareholder of King, Frisch & Allen, P.C.  He currently maintains a single-attorney practice at 6601 E. Grant Road, Suite #200, Tucson Arizona.  He has been active as a Domestic Settlement Conference Judge Pro Tempore, and a Pro Bono Attorney representing alleged incapacitated/protected persons.  He was previously named outstanding pro bono attorney and was named one of the fifty outstanding pro bono attorneys in the State of Arizona.  In 1980, was elected to the Electoral College as a presidential elector from the State of Oklahoma.  He is a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA).
