Roger Earl Brodman


was a Maricopa County Superior Court judge for 14 years before he retired last fall, serving on Commercial Court from 2015-2021. While in private practice before becoming a judge, Retired Judge Brodman specialized in construction and real estate litigation. He was Chair of the Arizona State Bar Construction Law Section in 1999-2000. He has an engineering degree in addition to his law degree. (03/2022)
