ROBERT F. ROOS is a partner in the Phoenix office of Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP specializing in construction law and commercial litigation. He represents owners, general contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers, and sureties in a wide range of disputes and administrative proceedings. A graduate of The University of Arizona, with highest distinction, Mr. Roos earned his law degree, Order of the Coif, from UC Berkeley Law in 1984. He then clerked for the Honorable Mary M. Schroeder of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Roos is General Counsel of the Arizona Chapter of the Associated General Contractors, past chair of the Arizona State Bar Construction Law Section and served on the Arizona Board of Technical Registration from 2002 through 2008.
