RALEIGH was rescued by Joey Ogburn, of Mini Angel Eyes, from a neglect situation in 2012 and was terrified of humans and human touch. Raleigh was physically abused and medically neglected. With many months of patience and persistence, Raleigh was shown a new job of animal-assisted therapy and has thrived. His favorite therapy is working with the memory care unit and attention deficit children.
