Raj Gangadean is a partner in the Business Group at Perkins Coie LLP in Phoenix. He has over 15 years of experience advising clients in the following areas: mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations, restructurings and dispositions; joint ventures and other strategic alliances; formation and structuring of corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies; corporate finance and private offerings of securities; and strategic supply chain relationships, including manufacturing, licensing and commodity supply agreements. He frequently acts as primary outside counsel to clients ranging from early/growth stage companies to mature companies. A 1998 graduate of Stanford Law School, Raj chaired the Business Law Section's Executive Council during 2013-14 and served as co-chair of the Conversion and Merger Subcommittee of the Section's Legislative Committee.
