Prescott Pohl is the co-leader of the Private Client Services practice group of the law firm of Snell & Wilmer.  Prescott’s practice focuses on estate planning.  He earned a Bachelors of Accountancy from George Washington University, an MBA and his law degree from the University of Oregon, and an LL.M. in taxation from New York University.  He practiced in the tax group of the law firm of Fulbright & Jaworski in Houston, Texas for three years following graduation, before joining Snell & Wilmer in 2005.  Among other professional and charitable activities, Prescott serves on the Executive Council of the Probate and Trust Section of the Arizona State Bar.  Prescott is admitted to practice in Arizona and Texas.
