Pamela Treadwell-Rubin began her legal career as a City and County prosecutor, after graduating from the University of Arizona.    In 1993, she moved into the private sector, ultimately becoming a partner in two firms.  She has been at Goering, Roberts, Rubin, Brogna, Enos and Treadwell-Rubin, P.C., since 2004.  Since 1998, she has been Board Certified by the State Bar as a Workers= Compensation Specialist.  She has served as Chair of the Workers’ Compensation Advisory Council, for the Board of Legal Specialization.  She was selected as a Member of the national Association of Defense Trial Attorneys (ADTA) in 2005, and has served on its Executive Council, and as its Secretary between 2015-2017.  She has been selected for inclusion in Best Lawyers in America, since its 2009 Edition.Pam has served as an elected member of the Arizona State Bar Board of Governors, and was elected by her peers to serve as President of the State Bar of Arizona, from June 2003, to June 2004.She was the fourth woman to serve, and the youngest woman upon election.  She has served many community organizations, including her current service on the Board of Arizona Kids Chance, and provides pro bono legal service to community groups, including Arizona Youth Partnership.  She received the YMCA “Woman on the Move” award in 1999, and was selected for membership in Tucson’s “Women At The Top” in 2007, serving as its President in 2010.
