works as a mediator, parenting coordinator, and arbitrator in various types of legal cases and consults on legal issues with a focus on family law dispute resolution through her LLC, Warner Dispute Resolution and Consulting Service, and as a contract attorney with the law firm of Karp & Manzi, P.L.C. Judge Warner served as a Superior Court Judge in Pima County from March 1986 to June 2010. While on the bench she served on the civil, criminal, juvenile, and family law benches. She served as the family law presiding judge and juvenile court presiding judge. Judge Warner has taught at the U of A law college. She serves as a settlement and hearing officer for attorney discipline matters with the Arizona State Bar Association. She regularly serves as a family law settlement judge for Pima County Superior Court. Judge Warner was appointed to the Pima County Judicial Nominating Commission for Trial Court Appointments in 2017 by Governor Ducey and continues to serve on the commission. In 1999, Judge Warner was awarded the American Bar Association Award of Judicial Excellence for her leadership in reforming court processes in Arizona for the handling of abuse and neglect cases. Judge Warner was also selected as the Tucson Chamber of Commerce 2006 Women of the year. In 2024, she was awarded the Economidis Lifetime Achievement award for excellence in family law.
