Merle Riepe

Dr. Merle Riepe is an executive psychologist and the President and Founder of SOLVE. He specializes in executive coaching and assessment, leadership communication, and building high-performance leadership teams. Originally from Omaha, Merle earned his undergraduate degree from Nebraska Wesleyan University and his PhD in Consulting Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology. He has spent more than two decades consulting leaders in Fortune 500 companies and high-growth organizations across various industries. Outside of his consulting practice, Merle enjoys maintaining an active lifestyle, experimenting with vegan cuisine, and playing board games with his family.
