Melissa Noshay Petro

Melissa Noshay-Petro, “Mimi”, as she is commonly known, is a partner at Udall Law Firm, practicing business and transactional law, real estate, and estate planning (boring). A native Tucsonan, Mimi is passionate about making the city a vibrant, welcoming, diverse community, and takes an active role in making that a reality. She is a Board Member of the City of Tucson’s Industrial Development Authority and co-chairs the Legal Community Against Hunger in partnership with the Community Food Bank of Southern Arizona. Pre-COVID, Mimi ran monthly drop-in legal clinics with the Pima County Library’s Business Development Center, and continues to teach seminars on operating for-profit and non-profit businesses and estate planning for a variety of nonprofits (slightly less boring).
