Matthew John Rippentrop

Matt Rippentrop is a rule writer and legal analyst within the Waste Programs Division of ADEQ. Prior to joining ADEQ, Matt worked as a legislative analyst for the Missouri House of Representatives and as Legal Counsel to the National Congress of the Republic of Palau. Matt earned his J.D. at Arizona State University.
